We executed a complete redesign of the Lumi Hair Style website, transforming the outdated platform into a high-performing online tool, aligned with the salon's elegance. We implemented a modern online booking system with automated SMS and email notifications, simplifying reservations and reducing the no-show rate. We focused on the user experience (UX), ensuring intuitive navigation optimized for mobile. As part of our long-term collaboration, we also carried out a mini-rebranding in 2023. The result is a website that actively works for the salon, offering clients a modern and efficient experience.
